About our Air Conditioned Holiday Studio Apartment
The Air Conditioned apartment is a 7 minute walk down to the beach the marina is beautiful with many yachts and boats, a nice stroll along the beach front is highly recommended. There is a busy market on a Friday from 10 am till 2 pm which is up by the train station. The train station is a 10 minute stroll from the apartment, you can visit Malaga, Torremolinos and Fuengirola by train. You can go on a coach trip (approx 1/2 hours) to Gibraltar cost about 12 Euros and get cheap cigarettes and drink.
There are ample drinking bars, Check out The Galaxy Bar, Great Food, Drink and Hospitality at very reasonable cost. Cabaret bars and restaurants only a minute away from the apartment. The apartment block has a 24 hour reception desk. The apartment has a kitchen, a Fridge with ice box, 2 electric rings, grill-microwave, toaster, grill machine, toasty machine, pots/pans, electric kettle, teapot, and kitchen sink. A large living area, with a designer sofa-bed, and a dining table with 2 chairs,there is also a Television with 12 UK channels, and a CD radio. A shower room with a 1 meter long shower, wash hand basin, toilet and an upright top load washing machine. It is on the 4th floor with a pool view, which is also a sea view and there is a mountain view. We also leavea starter pack, with Bottle of Water, Milk, Bread, Butter/Spread, Orange Juice, tea and coffee.
Designer Sofa Bed
The apartment is large with a 3 seater designer sofa bed (better than most beds, spring matress, no need to remove cushions, easily opened/closed) plus z-ed bed with spring matress. It has a large double door wardrobe, with a shelf running along the length inside the wardrobe. There are also 9 drawers within with a further 2 bed side cabinets with 3 drawers each, either side of the sofa.
About the Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is open from mid May until mid October. The private gardens are open all year round. There are 2 passes in the apartment for entry into these private areas.
Long lets available from November till end of March. Weekly lets in the high summer months are from a Sunday to Sunday.
